Converter Modules
These inverters and converters are available as development kits, that are, assemblies of converter modules with their respective gate driver boards. The available configurations are Half Bridge, Full Bridge (Single Phase), Neutral Point Clamped (NPC) and 3 phase inverter development kits. Moreover, these development kits are available with optional IGBT and SiC switches to cater for different frequency requirements of your research project and can be used in applications that require as much as 40KW of power.
